Job Summary

As a Field Service Technician, you will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and repair of biomonitoring equipment at customer sites across Northern Germany. This role involves acting as a crucial interface between customers and internal departments, identifying and resolving product defects, and promoting service activities, products, and solutions. You will be installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of products and devices, providing customer training, and ensuring all activities comply with EHS regulations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing their own spare parts inventory and contributing to business development by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
