Job Summary

This role involves leading a team of approximately 10 qualified electricians within the industrial maintenance sector, focusing on the operation and preservation of complex technical electrical systems. The Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of contractually agreed-upon electrical services and acting as the primary point of contact for the client regarding all technical matters within the scope of responsibility. Key requirements include a recognized electrical qualification (such as an electrician, electronics technician, or equivalent) and further training as an Electrical Technician or Master Electrician, or significant professional experience in a similar capacity. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in facility management or industrial maintenance, coupled with initial leadership experience in a comparable team size. Success in this position requires a strong focus on quality, cost awareness, high service orientation, and fluent German language skills.
