This role involves ensuring the smooth, legally compliant, and economical operation of all telecommunications and information technology systems (FIA) within a major hospital setting, specifically focusing on building technical installations (KG 450). Key responsibilities include managing systems such as nurse call, fire alarm, BOS radio systems, intrusion detection technology, general emergency/evacuation systems, and network technology. The successful candidate will also manage personnel, including creating deployment and on-call schedules, conducting employee reviews, and coordinating maintenance planning. Essential qualifications include a Master Electrician certification or a state-certified Electrical Engineering Technician degree with a focus on Information and Communication Technology, coupled with proven experience in team leadership and managing electrical systems, ideally within a hospital environment.
