Job Summary

This role seeks a reliable and solution-oriented Team Leader or Foreman to drive the solar revolution by managing the installation of photovoltaic systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical leadership and planning of a team of roofers and installers. Day-to-day tasks include installing the PV substructure, mounting PV modules, and laying the DC cabling to the inverter. You will also handle roof layout planning, perform routine maintenance and minor repairs, and manage on-site communication, ensuring excellent customer support. Key qualifications include a completed technical education, ideally as a roofer or carpenter, coupled with proven experience in team leadership and photovoltaic technology.
