Job Summary
This role involves taking full responsibility for eMobility charging infrastructure projects from planning and coordination through technical commissioning and billing. The Project Manager will execute large-scale and depot charging infrastructure projects while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of project management and related IT processes, driving digitalization and innovation. Key responsibilities include independently managing all project phases, acting as a technical contact during the sales phase, assessing technical feasibility, and developing innovative charging concepts. The successful candidate will steer internal and external service providers (electrical and civil engineering) to ensure timely and budget-compliant project execution, conduct regular site inspections to guarantee quality and safety, and maintain high customer satisfaction. This position requires strong technical qualifications, multi-year project management experience, and expertise in electrical installation and civil engineering within the energy services sector.
Required Skills
Education
Technical degree (preferably in Energy or Electrical Engineering), or a technical qualification such as Master Electrician (Elektrotechnikermeister) or equivalent qualification (e.g., Engineer)
Experience
- Multi-year practical experience in planning and implementing projects, ideally in energy services (hardware and services)
- Experience in the electrical installation and construction industry, especially in civil engineering projects
- Knowledge in contract management and steering of service providers
