Job Summary
E.ON Drive Germany GmbH is seeking a dedicated Planning Engineer to join their Customer Solution Planning team, driving the expansion of e-mobility across Germany. In this role, you will provide critical technical consulting to the sales team, develop comprehensive technical concepts for charging infrastructure projects, and create detailed drafts and preliminary plans (covering HOAI Phases 1-5). A core responsibility involves quality assurance, reviewing and approving external planning documents, ensuring technical feasibility, and managing the grid connection and electrical planning processes with external partners. You are expected to have a strong background in Electrical or Civil Engineering, coupled with proven professional experience in project business, ideally from a planning consultancy. Success requires expertise in charging infrastructure, e-mobility, or energy distribution, proficiency with CAD tools, and excellent communication skills in both German and English to foster strong client and partner relationships. Required Skills
Education
Degree/Training in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in project business
- Experience, preferably from an engineering office with planning experience
- Knowledge in charging infrastructure, e-mobility, or energy distribution
- Experience collaborating with planning offices and specialist companies
- Experience in planning and steering complex infrastructure or energy technology projects
