Job Summary

This is a leadership opportunity within Germany's largest distribution network operator, Westnetz GmbH, focusing on customer support for renewable energy solutions across multiple locations (Osnabrück, Münster, Bad Bentheim, Meppen, or Recklinghausen). The Team Leader will manage and develop a team of 16 employees responsible for the comprehensive support of private and commercial customers regarding electric mobility, heat pumps, and photovoltaic (PV) systems, from initial contact to contract fulfillment. The role requires a strong focus on people management, ensuring efficient personnel deployment, driving economic processes, and actively contributing to digitalization efforts within the customer service domain. Candidates should possess a technical or commercial university degree, significant experience in customer care, and initial leadership or project management experience, coupled with strong communication and conflict resolution skills to foster a high-performing and innovative work environment dedicated to the energy transition.
