Job Summary

The Product Specialist will serve as the primary technical contact for customers within the Application Center for Laboratory and Analytical Technology. This role involves close collaboration with Sales and Product Management to develop tailored product strategies and solutions for specialized customer needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the sales team as a subject matter expert, handling customer inquiries via phone and writing, and ensuring the quality control and coordination of testing procedures for new device developments and competitive comparisons. The specialist will also be responsible for creating appropriate test specifications, establishing automated measurement and documentation processes, and conducting tests on newly developed equipment. Key qualifications include a successful degree in natural sciences, 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluency in both German and English.
