Job Summary
This central leadership position requires a hands-on professional to manage and operate the entire IT landscape for existing and new entertainment venues across Central Europe. Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing and implementing robust IT policies, standards, and processes, managing the annual IT budget, and ensuring system availability, data integrity, and business continuity through effective disaster recovery concepts. A core function is the complete build-out of IT infrastructure and software systems—including LAN/WAN networks, POS, booking, and AV systems—for new site openings, requiring close collaboration with the US Technology Team and active vendor management. Candidates must possess a completed informatics-related degree and several years of experience managing complex IT projects from conception to operation. Expertise in hospitality POS solutions (like Oracle Simphony), Dell VMWare, Cisco Networks, and Cloud environments (Azure/AWS) is essential, along with fluent German and English skills and proven hands-on leadership capabilities.

Completed informatics-related education (University, Technical College, or comparable qualification)
Experience
- Several years of experience in project management of complex IT systems
- Proven experience with Restaurant POS Software Solutions, Dell VMWare, and Cisco Networks
- Professional experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience with site pre-openings (advantageous)
