Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth, high-quality operation of production and assembly lines, focusing on both series manufacturing and prototype construction. The Production Technician will be responsible for setting up, qualifying, and validating technical systems, and providing ongoing technical support for assembly lines. Key daily tasks include continuous monitoring of quality checks, participating in the introduction of new production methods, and performing detailed analysis and improvement of manufacturing processes using tools like 5Why and FMEA. Candidates must possess a technical or economic Bachelor's degree, or equivalent certification as a state-certified Technician/Master in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics. Success requires proven experience in production technology, strong organizational skills, proficiency in quality assurance methods, and fluency in German coupled with good English skills.
