This role seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering professional to lead the Electrical Engineering Section within the City of Bottrop's Real Estate Management Department. The Section Manager will be responsible for coordinating staff and overseeing the planning and execution of complex electrical system projects, including new construction, renovations, and expansions, across a diverse portfolio of over 200 municipal properties such as schools, cultural centers, and administrative buildings. A key focus is the independent management, coordination, and billing of external specialist planners and contractors, ensuring compliance with German regulations like HOAI, VOB, and VgV. Candidates must hold a university degree (Bachelor or Diplom FH) in Electrical Engineering and possess multi-year professional experience applying HOAI principles.
