Job Summary

This role is for a qualified Electrical Engineering Technician or Engineer to join a specialist company manufacturing and distributing centerless cylindrical grinding machines across Europe. The primary focus of the position involves providing essential service and remote maintenance for complex machinery, ensuring operational continuity for clients. A major component of the job is the commissioning of new machines, including integrated handling systems, and applying specialized technical knowledge to centerless grinding applications. Successful candidates must possess a completed qualification in Electrical Engineering and demonstrate strong proficiency in PLC programming, specifically utilizing Siemens Step7 and TIA Portal. Furthermore, practical wiring knowledge is essential. This position requires a high degree of flexibility and a willingness to travel extensively both within Germany and internationally to perform service and commissioning tasks.
