Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to take on the technical and organizational leadership of the Operations Team, focusing on the robust management of SaaS services and underlying cloud infrastructure. You will be instrumental in overseeing the comprehensive planning and control of SaaS operations, including critical functions like Incident, Change, and Release Management, as well as managing the overall IT department. A core part of the role involves monitoring and reporting on key Service KPIs, availability metrics, costs, and security events, ensuring high standards of compliance and security, especially concerning IKT-Minimalstandard. The ideal candidate brings several years of experience managing technical teams in a cloud environment (AWS or Azure) and possesses deep knowledge of operational processes like Observability and Continuous Delivery. Success in this role requires strong communication skills for strategic coordination with customers and management, coupled with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
