Job Summary
This role is ideal for an ambitious and dedicated IT professional, including career starters, who will provide crucial 1st and 2nd level technical support to employees at the Falkenstein/Vogtland location. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing support requests via a ticketing system and internal hotline, installing and configuring PC workstations, troubleshooting client systems, and deploying user software. A key aspect of the job includes maintaining system documentation and, following internal training, managing a Cisco telephone system and a Docuware Document Management System. Candidates should possess a degree in IT or equivalent professional experience, strong familiarity with Office 365 and Windows Client OS, excellent problem-solving skills, and a high degree of service orientation and responsibility.
