Job Summary

This role supports the Operations Management team primarily focusing on HR administration and general office management for a new logistics location in Reichenbach, Thuringia. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing personnel time tracking, monitoring absences, and serving as the local liaison to the central HR department in Selm. The assistant will also help with staffing and vacation scheduling, prepare hiring documentation for payroll, manage protective workwear inventory, and track occupational safety requirements (e.g., first aid and fire safety personnel). Key requirements include a completed commercial apprenticeship, strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and excellent organizational and communication skills.
