Job Summary
This role is ideal for a proactive IT professional specializing in leading digitalization projects focused on business applications. The core responsibility involves managing IT projects, analyzing existing business processes, and developing digital solutions primarily using SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Platform. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating stakeholders, translating functional requirements into technical concepts, and ensuring transparent project progress through structured documentation. A key component of the role is Change Management, where the manager designs and moderates workshops, provides training, and supports departments in adopting new digital ways of working, particularly leveraging Microsoft 365 tools productively. Candidates should possess a degree in (Business) Informatics or a related field, proven experience in IT project leadership, and strong proficiency in both German and English at a negotiation level.

Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration (BWL), or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Experience in the independent management of IT projects
- Experience in Change Management or a strong interest in actively supporting change processes
- Professional experience dealing confidently with various stakeholders
- Solid basic knowledge in the Microsoft 365 environment
