Job Summary

This leadership role is critical for driving the digital transformation within the 'Planning and Construction' unit of Germany's largest water and wastewater company. The Head of Digitization and Requirements Management will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and improving internal processes, building a robust software landscape, and ensuring the delivery of efficient applications to support investment projects. Key responsibilities include prioritizing projects based on technical significance, risk, and cost-benefit analysis, and leading the dedicated Digitization and Requirements Management staff unit.
