Job Summary

This role is centered on the comprehensive planning and design of sophisticated technical building services (TGA) for highly efficient and secure IT infrastructures and data centers. The Planning Engineer will manage all service phases according to HOAI standards, focusing particularly on the design and dimensioning of critical climate, cooling, and ventilation systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed schematics, preparing design and execution plans, leading planning meetings, ensuring quality assurance, and managing project documentation and billing processes. The ideal candidate must possess an engineering degree in supply or energy technology, or be a certified technician in Heating, Ventilation, Plumbing, and Cooling (HVAC/R). Success requires strong analytical thinking, structured work methods, excellent time management, and proven experience in construction planning for both new builds and existing facilities.
