Job Summary

This role involves providing crucial First and Second-Level IT support, ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's IT services and Helpdesk functions. You will be responsible for the operational management of the entire IT infrastructure, including configuration, documentation, updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. A key part of the job is actively participating in IT projects, process optimization, and conducting user training. Furthermore, you will manage the inventory of loaner IT devices and maintain technical manuals. This position is ideal for a reliable, self-starting individual with a customer and solution-oriented approach who thrives in a dynamic environment. The role offers flexibility with a 60% workload, ideally focused on mornings, and includes the option for home office work. Candidates must possess professional training in ICT or Informatics and demonstrate excellent practical knowledge of M365 administration and common hardware/software. Good German language skills are mandatory for effective communication within the local user base.

Completed apprenticeship/vocational training as an ICT Specialist (EFZ) or Computer Scientist (EFZ)

Experience
