Job Summary

This role involves providing essential technical support and consultation to international customers regarding the application, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the company's products, delivered via phone, email, and on-site visits. The Electrical Engineering Technician will be a key representative, conducting training sessions for customers and colleagues, and participating in product presentations, trade shows, and events alongside the sales team. A critical component of the job is acting as the voice of the customer, documenting interactions, maintaining the knowledge database, and relaying market requirements back to drive product innovation and development. The ideal candidate must possess a technical background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics, excellent communication skills in both German and English, and a keen interest in energy systems. This position requires reliability, engagement, a desire for continuous learning, and a willingness to travel internationally approximately 10% of the time.
