Job Summary

This full-time, permanent IT Support Specialist role, based near Ravensburg, involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level technical support. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently handling support requests via phone, email, or in person, ensuring timely and professional resolution of issues. The specialist will diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, particularly within Microsoft and Citrix environments, and manage the installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems and applications. A key part of the role is training staff on IT system usage, documenting support tickets and processes, and contributing to exciting IT projects across the corporate group. Candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist in System Integration or an IT degree) and demonstrate strong knowledge of hardware, software, Windows operating systems, applications, and networks.
