The Industrialization Project Manager will be responsible for leading the industrialization of new products and existing collections, working closely with internal project teams and external suppliers. A core focus of the role is ensuring process robustness, managing risks related to cost, quality, and deadlines, and integrating cutting-edge technologies. You will evaluate and optimize industrial efficiency among manufacturing partners, propose corrective actions to enhance product reliability, and develop technological solutions for performance optimization across short, medium, and long terms. This challenging role requires a minimum of five years of experience in industrialization project management, ideally within the high-precision watchmaking sector. Candidates must hold an Engineer's degree in Micromechanics or Mechanics and possess mastery of both French and English.
