Job Summary

The MSB Medical School Berlin is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team and provide essential technical assistance to staff across the university and the broader IRO Group. This role involves comprehensive IT user support, acting as the primary contact for all employees. Day-to-day tasks include installing, configuring, and maintaining IT resources, managing Windows clients and peripherals, and resolving service requests and incidents via a ticketing system and phone. The specialist will also be responsible for documenting hardware and software, advising on IT concepts, and managing the IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding. The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT (e.g., IT Specialist/Fachinformatiker) or equivalent, possesses strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and IP technology, and has experience supporting end-users directly. Fluency in written and spoken German is required for this full-time, permanent position in Berlin.
