This critical role seeks a proactive Data Analyst to drive Change Management and optimize core billing and qualification processes through rigorous on-site support. Day-to-day responsibilities include the calculation, reconciliation, and control of all billing data, coupled with extensive reporting, controlling, and KPI management. The analyst will analyze internal and external evaluation systems, prepare detailed presentations for stakeholders, and coordinate requirements across various interfaces, including supporting tool development efforts. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration and brings substantial professional experience in process improvement, controlling, and project management.
