Job Summary

This leadership role focuses on managing production departments (P1, P2, drying, and pilot plant) responsible for manufacturing fine chemicals and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) within a strict cGMP environment. Key daily tasks involve comprehensive production planning, organization, and supervision, ensuring rigorous adherence to safety protocols, cGMP guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The manager is also responsible for team leadership, personnel development, organizing mandatory training, conducting internal audits, and managing external relationships with clients and authorities. Candidates must possess a degree in Chemistry (Master's or PhD preferred) or Chemical Engineering, coupled with several years of professional experience in a cGMP setting and proven leadership capabilities.
