Job Summary

This is a versatile and highly responsible role within the controlling and finance team of a globally leading technology company specializing in plant and machinery construction, based in the Zurich North area. The successful candidate will manage business and operations controlling, focusing heavily on financial analysis within production and project environments across various international sites. Key responsibilities include analyzing production, sales, logistics, and operations costs, developing monthly forecasts, and defining KPIs for monitoring performance. You will act as a crucial sparring partner for Swiss management and site decision-makers, monitoring manufacturing costs, and preparing comprehensive financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual). This position is ideal for a reliable, communicative professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative setting and is keen to actively shape the controlling function.
