Job Summary

The successful candidate will join a specialized team focused on ensuring the conformity and high quality of luxury watch products. Key responsibilities include performing detailed audits, measurements, and qualifications on timepieces according to established protocols, meticulously analyzing and interpreting the results, and coordinating necessary testing schedules. You will play a crucial role in maintaining quality standards by initiating corrective actions in production when deviations are found. This position requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with the R&D department to evolve and improve testing tools and fixtures. Candidates must possess a background in watchmaking or microtechnology and at least five years of laboratory measurement experience, contributing to the treatment of quality deviations.

Required Skills

Education

Laboratory Watchmaker Diploma, Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education (Technician ES), or University of Applied Sciences Degree (Engineer HES) in Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnology, or equivalent.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience
  • Experience specifically covering laboratory measurements
  • Professional experience with watch products and quality deviation treatment
