Day-to-day responsibilities include the professional leadership of a technical team of 10 to 15 employees, coordinating service deployments and schedules, and ensuring high service quality through internal order coordination. The Team Leader will also be responsible for streamlining existing workflows, participating in regular client meetings, and handling escalation management. Key qualifications include proven experience in team leadership, expertise in managing end-user support and interacting with key users, and technical proficiency with Windows operating systems and common enterprise hardware (HP, DELL, Apple).
