Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an IT-savvy professional to join a team in Walsrode as an Onsite Support Technician. In this versatile full-time role, you will be the central point of contact for clients, primarily focusing on Windows Client Support directly at customer locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing First Level Support for both hardware and software, managing IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) and Help & Exchange tickets, and overseeing printer maintenance and network administration. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent qualifications, coupled with professional experience in IT Onsite Support. Strong knowledge of Windows systems, networking fundamentals (Layer 1-3), and Microsoft Office is essential. The position requires organizational talent, the ability to maintain composure under pressure, and good command of both German and English, making this a crucial role in maintaining smooth IT operations for clients.
