Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in Second Level Support, based in Neckarsulm, focusing on maintaining and managing client IT infrastructure within a Managed Services environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up, maintaining, and administering client hardware, installing and updating operating systems and software, and providing on-site service for end-users and system services. The technician will also handle First Level Support tasks, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and perform customized installations and configurations as required.
