Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and technical services within a global IT services and engineering solutions company based in Hechingen. The IT Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day management of end-user hardware and software, including performing remote and on-site fault diagnostics, troubleshooting issues, and carrying out hardware repairs and device reinstallation. Key duties also include supporting the deployment and installation of PCs, laptops, and printers, and meticulously documenting all activities within the ticketing system. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training in the IT field, good knowledge of Microsoft Office and client operating systems, and professional German language skills (B2 level).
