Job Summary
The Internal Control System (ICS) Business Partner serves as the central contact person for ICS within E.ON Energy Infrastructure Solutions GmbH, a multinational integrator of innovative energy solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with legal and internal regulations, systematic risk management, and guaranteeing the organization's audit readiness. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating, documenting, and continuously monitoring ICS principles according to E.ON standards, supporting specialist departments in implementation, and overseeing the timely execution of audit recommendations. The partner will also be responsible for maintaining ICS documentation in the 'TeamMate+' application, preparing for internal and external audits, and conducting risk assessments. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills to effectively report to management and collaborate with various internal stakeholders across the E.ON group, driving progress in the energy transition.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (e.g., Economics, Commercial Law, Business Administration) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in Internal Control Systems, Compliance, Risk Management, or Audit
- Professional experience with ICS frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Experience in handling audits and generating documentation and reports
