Job Summary

This part-time Research Assistant role (52 hours/month) at the Serengeti-Park Hodenhagen offers a unique opportunity to contribute to animal welfare and conservation research within a world-class safari environment housing 2,000 wild animals. The assistant will be crucial in collecting behavioral and health data, compiling scientific literature, and actively participating in the execution and evaluation of ongoing research projects focusing on animal behavior, biodiversity, and ecosystem studies. Key responsibilities include analyzing data using statistical software (such as Excel, SPSS, or R), preparing reports and presentations, and closely collaborating with the research and biology teams.
