Job Summary

This role involves operational management and optimization of electrical systems across multiple military sites (Munster, Trauen, and Lüneburg) within the Bundeswehr Service Center (BwDLZ) Munster. The Operational Engineer will lead technical operations personnel in the electronics sector, ensuring the availability and efficiency of electrical installations. Key responsibilities include acting as the responsible electrical expert (verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft), managing electrical, measurement, and control technology (EMR), developing technical and economic concepts, and participating in interdisciplinary EMR projects and construction measures (new builds, renovations, maintenance). Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical or Operational Engineering, significant experience (at least two years) in complex construction process management and relevant building regulations (RBBau, VgV, VOB, HOAI), and be willing to travel regularly within the jurisdiction. The position offers secure employment, flexible work arrangements, and the potential for civil service status (Beamter).
