Job Summary

This role is seeking an experienced Configuration and Change Manager to join the team supporting Airbus operations in Bremen. The core responsibilities include managing and supporting the Change and Problem Report processes, coordinating technical changes across various departments such as Engineering, Production, PMO, and ILS, and creating and approving change requests related to Airframe and Systems Engineering. A key function involves participating in internal and external Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and retrofit meetings, while also maintaining and developing Configuration Management (CM) processes, tools, and standards. The ideal candidate must possess a technical or IT-related degree, significant experience in Configuration Management—preferably within the aerospace sector—and be proficient in relevant CM/PDM tools. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and fluency in both English and German are essential for success in this international interface role.
