Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled Materials Tester or Technician looking for a long-term, stable position in Reichenbach Fils. Day-to-day responsibilities involve performing critical materials analysis, primarily through spectral analysis, alongside conducting hardness testing and microstructural examinations. A core function of the role is the meticulous planning, execution, and documentation of these tests, including the preparation of material cross-sections (schliffen). Furthermore, the technician will be involved in quality assurance processes, specifically handling complaint processing and supporting the creation of initial sample inspection reports, special releases, and test instructions. Candidates should ideally possess formal training as a Materials Tester/Technician and demonstrate professional experience in these tasks, coupled with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
