Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive software project planning and programming of advanced packaging machinery within the Windmöller & Hölscher Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming the visualization, control, and drive systems of the machines using the TIA Portal. Day-to-day tasks include conducting hardware and software commissioning in-house, supporting the sales and service departments with technical inquiries, and participating in retrofit projects involving the integration of new machine aggregates at customer sites. Key qualifications include a background in electrical engineering, further training as a technician or master craftsman, and solid professional experience in PLC programming within mechanical engineering. The position requires strong analytical skills, self-reliance, and proficiency in English and standard MS Office applications, contributing to the development of sustainable and innovative packaging solutions.
