Job Summary

This specialist role involves developing and implementing PLC programs and visualizations for Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) used in advanced intralogistics. The successful candidate will manage the entire hardware-near development lifecycle, from initial conceptualization and project planning through to final commissioning for various robotic solutions, including autonomous tow trains, mobile cobots, and autonomous forklifts. Key responsibilities include creating robust PLC code, acting as the primary technical contact for both internal teams and customers, assisting with technical documentation, and conducting customer training. Candidates must hold a relevant degree or advanced qualification in Computer Science, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering, coupled with fundamental knowledge of the Siemens TIA Portal ecosystem (S7-1500, WinCC).
