Job Summary

This role involves specialized surveying and measurement tasks crucial for railway infrastructure projects, focusing on track construction machinery operations, track renewal, lifting, leveling, and gauging. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting track surveying, setting out, and clearance profile measurements, working closely with tamping machine operators and clients. A key aspect of the role is the operation of cutting-edge surveying technology from Trimble, Amberg, and Leica, along with associated software. Candidates should possess a background in track construction, surveying, or operating tamping machines, ideally with knowledge of GEDO CE and Amberg IMS systems. The position requires flexibility for nationwide deployment, including neighboring countries, and willingness to work non-standard hours (nights, weekends, holidays), making mobility and reliable, independent work essential.
