Job Summary

This critical role involves acting as the Owner's Representative, overseeing the planning and execution of vital deep civil engineering projects, including road construction, sewerage, and utility infrastructure, for a municipal service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities focus heavily on project control, requiring meticulous monitoring of costs and deadlines, and transparent communication regarding any deviations. Key tasks include the technical review of construction measurements, verification of invoices, evaluation of supplementary claims, and management of formal acceptance procedures. Furthermore, you will provide essential support to colleagues involved in construction supervision and the overall planning process. The successful candidate must possess a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Deep Civil Engineering or Urban Water Management, coupled with multi-year professional experience in sewer and road construction. Proficiency in German construction regulations (VOB, HOAI) and specialized software like SAP and AVA programs is mandatory.
