Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious professional passionate about the pharmaceutical and life science sectors, seeking to drive sustainable quality developments. As a Quality Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring strict adherence to GMP requirements within the pharmaceutical environment. Day-to-day tasks involve maintaining and developing the Quality Management System, handling deviations, CAPAs, Change Control, and Risk Management processes. You will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and maintaining GMP-relevant documentation such as SOPs and work instructions, and supporting internal and external audits/inspections. The position requires a degree in Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a comparable field, coupled with strong knowledge of quality management and regulatory requirements. Success in this role demands a structured, careful, and quality-oriented approach, excellent teamwork, and strong communication skills, offering the chance to collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to continuous improvement.
