Job Summary
This role involves supporting the organizational development of the Chamber of Crafts Rheinhessen, focusing heavily on IT and process optimization. The specialist will be responsible for agile IT software project management, including the conception, introduction, and training of new software tools. Key tasks include serving as the main contact for troubleshooting, liaising with software manufacturers, and creating essential documentation like process models (UML, BPMN) and procedural instructions. A significant part of the job involves Low-Code/No-Code modeling of automated processes using tools like MS Power Automate, and assisting in the creation of AI agents with MS Copilot/Agent-Studio. Candidates should possess a degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification, practical experience in organizational development and IT project management, and strong IT affinity.
