Job Summary

This role involves supporting national and international projects within Life Cycle Management for clients in the Pharma and Life Science sectors. The Process Engineer will be responsible for overseeing customer relations, assisting with inspections and audits, and driving continuous process improvements based on deviations and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). Key daily tasks include analyzing production processes through monitoring, trend analysis, and data evaluation, as well as leading troubleshooting efforts and developing standardized analytical procedures. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a natural science field such as Industrial/Molecular Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical Bioprocess Technology, coupled with initial professional experience in biotechnology or biopharmaceutical development. Fluency in English is essential for international communication, and the ability to provide technical leadership to interdisciplinary teams is highly valued.
