Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious Lead Simulation Manager focused on driving the next level of technological solutions, specifically within the domain of heat pump systems. The successful candidate will technically lead the simulation team, developing and implementing a comprehensive end-to-end simulation strategy to support product development. Key responsibilities include researching new simulation tools, defining standard model validation methods for accuracy, and establishing best practices for effective simulation execution. A strong technical background, ideally including a PhD and experience with heat pump systems process simulation, is essential. The role requires expertise in simulation software (like ANSYS, MATLAB, or GT-Suite) and proficiency in Python for data analysis. Furthermore, the manager will be responsible for explaining complex simulation results to sales teams and customers, integrating findings into sales tools, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to align tools with technical and customer needs.

Technical university degree, ideally with a PhD
Experience
