Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious Process Engineer focused on optimizing manufacturing workflows and ensuring smooth production operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining work instructions, creating manufacturing aids, and producing concept documentation. A core function involves conducting detailed process and time analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement, driving the optimization and further development of existing processes. The successful candidate will also analyze project-specific changes and modifications, while actively supporting the manufacturing floor to guarantee seamless production flow. Key qualifications include a technical qualification (such as a certified technician or equivalent), initial experience in production planning, proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and CATIA, and strong language skills in both German and English.
