Job Summary

This role involves driving technological advancement by focusing on the new development and enhancement of software applications, particularly those related to existing testing and commissioning tools. The Research Associate will be responsible for linking these applications with current systems and providing ongoing system support. A core component of the position is the leadership and execution of research projects within the IT domain, including preparing and applying for new project funding, and managing projects in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This position requires a Master's or Diploma degree in Computer Science or a related field, strong skills in object-oriented software development, and proficiency in hardware-oriented programming. The ideal candidate must possess excellent German and English language skills, a proactive, independent work style, and a keen interest in continuous education and scientific work.
