Job Summary

This role as a Technical Supporter involves being the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and providing professional solutions to customers via direct telephone contact. Key responsibilities include managing the entire service measure lifecycle, from order processing for domestic and international assignments to handling invoicing, documentation, and creating follow-up service recommendations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for generating and tracking quotes for installation work, often requiring the development of alternative technical or scheduling solutions. Candidates should possess a degree or training in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with strong electro-technical fundamentals, particularly in electrical building installation, and practical knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS-Office tools. This position requires strong communication skills and a high degree of flexibility to ensure optimal customer service.

Required Skills

Experience
