Job Summary
This role involves driving technological advancements by identifying, analyzing, and evaluating system and customer requirements based on specifications. The Requirements Engineer will be responsible for estimating effort and risk, creating deviation lists in coordination with relevant departments—especially concerning device safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)—and ensuring adherence to quality standards for all requirements. This position requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work independently within an international development team. Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical and Information Technology, Mechatronics, or a comparable field, coupled with professional experience, particularly using PLM software solutions like DOORS and Polarion. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for effective internal and external communication, making this an excellent opportunity for ambitious professionals ready to take on complex development projects.
