Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a comparable field, coupled with initial experience in analog and digital circuit technology. Proficiency in communication protocols (SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet) and familiarity with common design tools (Eagle, Altium Designer, Zuken) are essential.
