Job Summary

This role as an IT Support/Helpdesk Specialist involves being the primary point of contact for users, delivering high-quality 1st and potentially 2nd level IT support both telephonically and in person. Key responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of incidents and service requests, including classification, dispatching tickets, and handling user change requests. Depending on experience, the specialist may also perform technical operations and adjustments related to infrastructure systems like Firewalls, proxy servers, antivirus solutions, and VPNs, ensuring the technical operation and maintenance of systems. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training in IT specialization or equivalent qualifications, coupled with excellent knowledge of PC hardware, communication technology, and current Windows operating systems. Desired skills include familiarity with ITIL, LAN/WAN/VPN concepts, and specific experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.
